FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

What is entrepot / re-export trade, and when should I use it?
Entrepot trade routes goods through an intermediary hub before reaching their final destination. It can help optimize duties, consolidate multi-origin orders, shorten effective lead times and re-document origin where appropriate. It is ideal when a direct route is slower, costlier or commercially impractical.
Which e-commerce channels do you support?
We support Amazon (including FBA inbound prep), eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu and direct-to-consumer stores. We can handle channel-specific packaging, labelling and fulfilment so your listings stay compliant and well-stocked.
Do you handle customs and documentation?
Yes. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and re-documentation as needed, and provide HS classification support. We coordinate customs clearance and adapt to destination-market requirements as a service capability.
What MOQ and trade terms do you offer?
MOQ is flexible — small trial lots for e-commerce testing through to full-container loads for entrepot cargo. We commonly work on FOB, CIF, CFR and DAP terms, with final terms confirmed in each quotation based on product, destination and season.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes are returned within one business day. Share your product details, target markets, quantities and preferred trade terms through our contact form, and a dedicated account manager will respond with a costed plan.
